Since our inception during the Covid-19 pandemic, SCS Maine has become a lifeline for those who need it most. We've deepened relationships with marginalized communities, including the unhoused, the incarcerated, and those struggling with addiction while establishing residencies in senior living communities, bringing comfort and support to our elders. And our Chaplain Referral Line ensures that any Maine citizen in need can talk to a chaplain within 24 hours.

As we look to 2025, we're at a critical juncture. While we've worked tirelessly to secure funding from various agencies and organizations whose pandemic relief funds are now at an end, the future of our vital work remains uncertain.
